United Sovereign Alliance

Terms & Conditions

Effective October 30, 2026 · Version 2026-10-30-v1

These terms govern use of this website, member services, and purchases from the United Sovereign Alliance (“Alliance,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Checkout also requires an affirmative acceptance, and the accepted version and time are recorded with the order. If you do not agree, do not use the services or place an order.

1. Purpose and participation

The Alliance connects communities around safety, economic opportunity, and accountable participation. Information is provided for general community and educational purposes. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, medical, or emergency advice. Contact qualified professionals or appropriate emergency services when needed. Platform membership and merchandise do not confer government authority, official identification, statutory voting rights, or additional Alliance voting power. Ballot eligibility and administrative access follow separately adopted rules and verification requirements.

2. Accounts and access

Account creation and checkout are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized access. Business or government status is a claim until the relevant verification is completed. We may restrict access for fraud, misuse, or security concerns. Account permissions and paid services are separate from governance authority. Never upload identity documents, card details, or other sensitive records into ordinary support or profile text fields.

3. Products, prices, and personalization

Available products, size options, prices, and quantities are shown before checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product images illustrate the listed design; check descriptions and selected options before ordering. A material product substitution requires your agreement. For personalized cards, verify the exact spelling of the name you submit. A merchandise order is separate from membership enrollment or donations.

4. Checkout and payment

Square processes store payments. Your card details go directly to Square. We do not store card numbers. We retain or access the order, contact, shipping, payment-status, and support information needed to operate the store. Square may conduct card and buyer verification under its own terms and privacy practices. A loading indicator, pending authorization, or return page is not proof of successful payment. Treat an order as paid only when payment is confirmed. If confirmation is unclear, check order status or contact support before paying again.

5. Shipping and tracking

This checkout currently accepts U.S. shipping addresses. Shipping is $5 for the first item plus $2 for each additional item. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds $100, before shipping and tax. Taxes and the final total appear before payment. Delivery estimates, if provided, are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. We will ship within a stated shipment time or, where no time is stated, within 30 days; if we cannot, we will offer the legally required delay-consent or cancellation/refund options. Tracking details appear after they are entered. “Shipped” means the order has been handed to a carrier; it is not confirmation of delivery.

6. Order numbers and customer support

Each created order has a unique order number. Use the order number and checkout email on the tracking page to view its status, carrier details, and order-linked support. An order number alone is not a payment receipt. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and monitoring order updates. For incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially different items, or cancellation and return requests, submit a support request or email widemanblake@gmail.com. Include your order number, but never card numbers. Contact us before returning merchandise. Requests are reviewed based on the order, production or shipment stage, applicable product terms, and law. Nothing here limits mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty, or payment-dispute rights.

7. Ratings and complaints

Verified purchasers may rate items they purchased and submit honest feedback. Support complaints may concern paid or unsuccessful orders. Do not submit threats, private information about others, false purchase claims, spam, or unlawful material. Negative feedback is welcome and will not by itself cause account penalties or loss of support. Feedback may be held privately for support and review; submission does not guarantee public publication. Any public review moderation must apply consistent standards regardless of whether a review is positive or negative.

8. Privacy and service providers

Read the Privacy Notice for how account, order, browser-storage, and support information are used. Wix supports member authentication and restricted records; Square supports payments and orders. Order information is available only through authorized administration or the customer’s order-access checks. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or absolute security.

9. Content and intellectual property

Respect the rights of creators, members, public figures, and organizations. Alliance branding, original site content, and designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis. You retain ownership of your submissions and grant only the permissions reasonably needed to process, display, or respond to them within the requested service. Images or references alone do not establish a formal appointment, office, or endorsement. Submit likeness or rights concerns through likeness requests or the support email.

10. Acceptable use and service limitations

Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate ballots or payments, scrape private data, upload malicious content, or interfere with service operation. We may correct errors and change or discontinue features. Descriptions of planned features are not promises that those features are already available. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. No provision excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Changes and contact

We will identify revised terms by their effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted order’s price or remove rights that arose before the change. Material changes requiring fresh consent will be presented for acceptance where appropriate. Questions, accessibility requests, disputes, or complaints: widemanblake@gmail.com. Applicable legal rights remain available regardless of any internal support process.
